He had the Nerve!

As I was saying before... I have oral anatomy exam today... yeah... just had it at 9.10am in the morning... GOSH... how early was that! hahaha... It got me out of bed earlier than i usually do! LoL... But leaving the house early like today, it felt kindda great in a way cos i haven't done something like walking to RCSI in the morning for quite some time already...

anyway... who had the nerve?!?!?! I got Dr Jane Holland (my mentor!) and Mr Paul Farell for my anotomy exam... LoL... It was kindda ok i guess... quite some mix ups here and there... but i was really confused with the nerves! hahaha... I HATE NERVES! but without nerves, we won't function that well now, would we? A whole semester of anatomy ended with 10 minutes of oral exam... how ironic things can get... but yeah... i don't have much complaints... what's done is done! 3 more papers next week... Neuromuscular on Tuesday... Histology on Wednesday... Health Behaviour and Society on Thursday! and then... I'm home free for a few weeks before class starts on the 9th of Feb! Yay! And I've already planned to watch 'Bride's War' with a few peeps from UCD and RCSI naturally la kan... hehehe... Eagerly waiting for the 22nd... but then i'd have to be worrying about the results coming out on the 6th! Well... nothing much then... just pray for the best...

Moving on swiftly... I think that's probably all for today's post... Sleepy + Mild Headache... possible cures? SLEEP! What else is there to it? Owh yeah... to N, sorry that now because of my previous post, you're glued to Lipstick Jungle too! hahaha... it's great... i know... you can thank me plenty later on after you're done with the series... :P

Owh... and what was great was that when I returned home... I checked for new Mangas... And 2 mangas was published on the same day! (The ones that i read la...) Naruto and Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles! a capital YAY for that! hehehe... These images are very bad photoshop products of mine as it only took a few minutes to cut and paste but hey... there're just there for decorative purposes and well... just wanted to put lil chunks from the manga for your enjoyment (or not... still... it's there! :P)

What's with the title of the post? Hahaha... it's just a song on the OST i just recieved via post this evening... But's I'll talk about that a little more in depth (like i'd do that) later on...

First and foremost... I have not been updating in a VERY long time... And in the midst of the exams... I have been blog hopping here and there... I've been reading (aside from the notes) and I was inspired to post more! LoL... As the heading of the blog says... it is a place for my (sometimes) worthless rants! hahaha...

Moving on swiftly... EXAMS... Whoever invented exams should die! hahaha Or maybe the're already dead already... Ok, i don't literally mean that... but doesn't exam makes your life... a little more hectic? packed? boring? I feel the same thing but i do think that exams does make your life a little more interesting... a little... note that... Well, it made me blog hop more... it made me more addicted to the net... it made me cry (hahaha, the cat's out of the bag!)... it made me hyper (ask my housemates! caffiene should not be mixed with cocoa... honestly... but it does taste ABSOLUTELY GREAT!)...

So 2 papers down already... the first one was haemopoetic and immune system... the second one was nutrition and energy... i have no comment on how i fared on either one... only hoping for the best... lol... well well... let's just leave that topic as it is... and oral anatomy on friday! my week has been a BLAST! i think even my abdomen can be blasted from the inside from all the influx of unnecessary food... (and this sentence just came from the mind of a future doctor? hahaha... what's the future gonna be like? FUN!)

Anyway... once i start to type... it's quite hard to stop... posting new stuff on a blog is kindda addictive... (that coming from someone who hasn't updated in ages... sigh...). Well... I was thinking of revamping the blog with a new layout which ended up as just a very good intention... but i did try... just didn't work out too well... so i've given up momentarily... will try to do it again sometime after the exams! hahaha...

So, where were we? Owh well... lemme just comment on a series i've watched... Britney Marican... i know you don't read my blog, but just wanna tell you that i appreciate it very much that you introduced me to Lipstick Jungle! hahaha... (strolling down memory lane... i remembered you only mentioning it really... but then again, that's the only thing you needed to do and the result was that i was hooked! hahahaha)

Lipstick jungle is very... interesting... it shows you the scandalous life of manhattan's elite... Owh wait, that's Gossip Girl (which is still THE BOMB! hahaha MORE MORE MORE!) This series is about these gurls down here... good friends, different careers, life etc but they's still best friends and all... Robert Buckley might be another factor, but that's a whole other story... I know i shouldn't have mentioned it but hahaha... whatever... But seriously... A fashion designer, an ex-film director probably, and an editor of a magazine... HOW TOTALLY AWESOME are their careers? I do not have any regrets (a little white lie) in becoming a doctor-to-be but hey... a guy can dream about having more than what he's actually trying to achieve! hahaha... And like... owh... i should stop already about lipstick jungle and move on to the title of the post...

Moving onto 'New Classic'... That's the title of a song that was in this movie... 'Another Cinderella Story'... A cheap immitation of 'A cinderella Story' you say? Well... I honestly enjoyed it so i wouldn't really say it like that... But in many ways, you could actually predict what was going to happen... But on the plus side... THERE's TOTALLY LOTS OF DANCING! yeah! a really weird passion of mine that probably not many knew... I love dancing but i do not dance much... weird, but true... But i do want to... And i honestly have to say i have done a little ever since i've stepped foot into RCSI... hahahaha... just dancing, nothing more... :P

Anywayz... about the cast... Selena Gomez is probably a rising starlett... she was on barney! (yeah... and i think i've seen her on barney at home! I do watch barney... not ashamed of it since i can always use the excuse of watching it with my lil siblings!). Selena's the ella in the story... And prince very very charming? who's that guy... la la la la la la la la (adaptation of pink's 'whos that gurl')... Drew Seeley... Not a very familiar name, i know... but hey... he's familiar to me... He sang on a few disney songs before so i kindda know his name a little before watching this... BOTH are FANTASTIC dancers... (rehearsals? maybe... maybe just inborn talents? hahaha). Anyway... there's no FAIRY GODMOTHER so it wasn't all abra kadabra... the stepmother is hilarious, not much evil... but still, the whole movie was kindda... well... hurm... it's not something that makes you jump or those kindda stuff... unless you join in with the dance steps... it just gives you those mushy feelings at times... and the ending is so so a fairytale... just that much i don't agree on, but the rest... a very relaxing movie to enjoy... owh... the tango scene is priceless! =)
